Do Try This At Home | Free QR Code enabled worksheets | 21st Century Tools for Teaching-People and Learners | Scoop.it

This page contains a small but growing selection of QR Code enabled worksheets for primary teachers to use; either in class (if you have handheld devices like iTouches) or given as homework (where pupils can access the supporting teaching tutorial (video) via their parent’s smart phone or view them on a desktop computer.

Whether accessed at home or from school, pupils can scan the relevant QR code to launch the explanatory video; giving them their own virtual teacher whenever they need a reminder of the relevant maths process or literacy skill/knowledge.

A List of Free audio books for kids

A List of Free audio books for kids | 21st Century Tools for Teaching-People and Learners | Scoop.it

Audio story books are a great means of improving learners reading and listening skills. There are several website resources now offer free audio materials but not all of them are free. To look for quality audio books that are free can take you a lot of time and energy.

In this regard and in an attempt to make it easy for educators visiting Educational Technology and Mobile Learning to get a free access to the materials I have been reviewing here about the best websites you can browse for free audio books, I have compiled a list of links in a presentation that you can download and share with your students.
