Im Social Network Facebook kursiert aktuell eine gefälschte WhatsApp-Anwendung, die Nutzerdaten stiehlt.
Sind die App-Rechte erteilt, haben die Betrüger anschließend Zugriff auf die Freundesliste, die Nutzer-ID, das Geschlecht, den Namen, das Profilbild, alle hochgeladenen Bilder sowie mit anderen Usern geteilte Informationen. Die betrügerische Anwendung greift für ihre Verbreitung auf eine Sicherheitslücke im sozialen Netzwerk zurück.

"There should be millions of Twitter users that have signed in with Twitter into third-party applications.
