These tips are very important to take into account if you have just started being a teacher. Firstly, you have to learn how to build an excellent rapport with your students. This will create a good learning environment for both teachers and students. Plus, it also important to have a good relationship with the staff at your workplace. This is a key factor in view of the fact that this profession requires to work collaboratively.
