In many people’s minds, learning and working are separate undertakings. Some see a linear progression: Training teaches a skill that is then applied on the job. In some knowledge areas, this makes sense. Pamela Hogle (@pam_hogle) nos resume algunas ideas de Jane Bozarth sobre aprendizaje en el flujo de trabajo y apoyo al rendimiento.
Se refiere a tres herramientas clave para poder implementarlo:
- Herramientas colaborativas (para animar a las personas a “trabajar en voz alta”)
- Contenido curado (el departamento de formación garantiza su calidad y utilidad)
- Asistencia automatizada (los chatbots y la realidad aumentada se integrarán en el trabajo) |
Metodologías para enseñar mejor->
Shreyas Korad (@shreyaskorad) anima a los diseñadores instruccionales a conseguir la motivación de los alumnos con tres metodologías de alto impacto de aprendizaje:
El ciclo del hábito (rutina / señal / recompensa)
Flow o psicología de las experiencias óptimas (conseguir llegar a un estado que favorezca el aprendizaje)
