Pamela Hogle (@pam_hogle) nos resume algunas ideas de Jane Bozarth sobre aprendizaje en el flujo de trabajo y apoyo al rendimiento.

 

Se refiere a tres herramientas clave para poder implementarlo:

 

- Herramientas colaborativas (para animar a las personas a “trabajar en voz alta”)

 

- Contenido curado (el departamento de formación garantiza su calidad y utilidad)

 

- Asistencia automatizada (los chatbots y la realidad aumentada se integrarán en el trabajo)
