Talking about professional development brings to my mind memories of those days when nothing called internet ever existed. I still remember how hard it was to dig for resources and learning materials but yet we learned. I think determination, personal investment, and motivation are key elements in any "recipe" for success, secondary to this comes the availability and accessibility to information . There is no era in the entire human history that has witnessed as a huge influx of human knowledge being collected and accessible from a single place as it is now.All it takes is a single click and there you are roaming inside a limitless repository of human knowledge.
