I do use Screencast-O-Matic and recommend Office Mix if you use PowerPoints, but haven't used Snip much and Sway has a learning curve..other than Screencast-O-Matic, I really wonder how accessible these (and most) ed tech tools are..that seems to take a back burner...

Can learning be accessible to all?  With appropriate pedagogy and technology digital learning provides an opportunity for people who are marginalized by time, place, and distance to obtain education and training.  Not everyone has the opportunity to save for school, quit work and attend a traditional full-time education program (while balancing family responsibilities).
