There is a degree of uncertainty about what we should call the learning experience platform, with the grounds of contention seeming to be chiefly around the word ‘experience’, the ‘x’ in LXP. “X” de experiencias. El concepto parece que ha calado y cada vez más personas abandonan el término “curso”. Comenta las conclusiones de Shackleton-Jones sobre aprendizaje: los cursos, sustituidos por “recursos” y “experiencias”.

Un interesante análisis de Craig Weiss (@diegoinstudio) sobre el mercado de los LXP. Nos adelanta un ranking de mitad de año de los 10 mejores.
El término LXP (plataforma de experiencia de aprendizaje) está dejando paso al de DLP (plataforma de aprendizaje digital). La situación actual está haciendo que haya mucha formación asignada, el upskilling está de moda.
La gestión del aula virtual, la gestión de competencias y la integración con Microsoft Teams son las tres grandes tendencias.
